I know it takes a lot more than a couple cheap GoPro cameras to make this video, but how do they do it?

People are paying thousands for all the pro gear, yet nothing like this comes out except at GoPro.

First rule. These companies rarely use their own products to shoot promotional material except a few clips that show the product at its best.

You can see the cameras mounted on the surfboard. Did you watch the whole video?
They probably filmed the side shots with a SeaDoo RXT, they're very stable.
I remember that beach. Last time I was there I got drunk at the Royal Hawaiian in the pool bar. They make awesome "Old Skool MaiTai's".
