AVCHD to BluRay question (again)

Greetings....
I've received an AVCHD video camera (JVC Everio), with these file structures



I've gone ahead and tried using IMGBurn to make a BluRay disc, but have been unsuccessful. Probably due to the reason that there's no Certificate Folder.

I've got all the Adobe CS4 products available before me, but they're not suited for this workflow. Encore wants to re transcode everything anyways.

What would be the easiest way to get this to BluRay?
