no output files for mkvmerge?

I do the following command to split my mkv movie and everything seems to finish correctly but I get no outputs. Any advice? I checked the local directory and c:\ directory.

uh-oh looks like it was a windows permission error. I changed output to desktop and it worked. No errors from mkvmerge?
