  1. Is there an app that views audio's frequency (Hz)? I want to see the sound ranges from 0~20,000 Hz in a nice picture or graph or etc. if i select at a certain duration (example: 0:15). Would be nice if i can play and also view the Hz at the same time.

    Try GoldWave, it has a spectrum analyzer window.
    If it feels good, do it.

    And for those who aren't familiar with what that gives you, it's a graph (usually) showing a plot of Time on the X axis, Frequency on the Y axis and Amplitude/Volume as Density/Color changes.

    It does NOT usually show actual Hz figures, like in an Excel spreadsheet or something.

    BTW, there are also Spectrum Analyzer plugins of the VST or DirectX varieties for use in those many audio editors that support those systems...
