    I used ImgBurn for Windows but now I would like to create one ISO file starting from different vob, bup and ifo

    Does SimplyBurns work? I've not tried it for image creation.

    It's freeware.

    It seems a disk image made with Roxio Toast is valid as an ISO image file (rename foo.toast to foo.iso).
    Other options available on MacUpdate, including conversion from .dmg to .iso .
