Audio Problem with KMPlayer: Sound Disappeared

Hello.

I use KMPlayer for many time and never had any problems about it.

I do not know what I do wrong, but few days ago, the sound simply disappear when I try to play any VIDEO files using the program.

When I use other players, like Media Player Classic Home Cinema, PotPlayer, PowerDVD or VLC media player, I have no problem at all. The sound runs normal.

I try to unistall and reinstall it again. No results.

The video runs normal. No problems. Only the sound is gone. Why?

One more detail: when I open some files, the KMPlayer open in small mode. Not full screen mode.

And appears at the top left on the PC screen. Strange.

Maybe I had click any KMPlayer's bottom for mistake and all the configurations, the settings, are now messed up?

That is it. Any tips to solve the problem?
