On Xp i use nero drive speed to slow down the speed of my dvd during playback but on Win7 i have no clue, give me some hints please gentlemen

I found one progie for Windows 7, works like a charm so far, it's german and called Cd Bremse: http://www.cd-bremse.de/cdbremse.htm
Works with cd/dvd
