Flash Video Issue

I have a strange issue!

My flash videos (MP4) play smoothly while the video file is being downloaded i.e. I press Play before download completes.

BUT if I wait for the download to complete and then press play, it skips part of the beginning of the video.

Please can you explain this behaviour?

P.S: Try an option from the dropdown menu on the page and except "a dimond bullet" which I know is faulty, and witness my issue. Thanks again.

Also when I replay the MP4 movie clip after full download and viewing it displays without skipping...!

RESULT: For some weird reason converting to FLV got rid of the issue! FYI!
