    Merry Christmas to all of you too. No wrapped presents, no tree, no cookies, and no decorations for me this year. Both my parents had serious illnesses in the two weeks before Christmas, which meant I had no time for the usual preparations. ...but it s still a good Christmas because both Mom and Dad are on the mend.

    Yeah, my wife was in the hospital nealy all this last week. At least I had this year improved on my normal habit and had gotten much of my shopping done ahead of time. But, the festivities are being delayed. Doesn't really matter what the actual time or day it is though if the spirit is there...
