After many codecs installed since Windows 98, it seems most plausible
    aka

    [Panasonic DV Codec v2.6400]
isnot a true codec. More precisely it`s only able to decode`n process if someone may proper express it (in a "how to"guide), and is not able to do live-capture.

After installing it in MS Windows virtualdub seems unable to directcapture from TV-Tuner & encode using "Panasonic DV-CODEC", file certified by CRC32::F7BF84C6. At resolutions of 704, 720 x 576 it retuns flag-2, and for me it looks as I am unable to use it to compress true time.

Sorry to be so detailed but I suggest rename the files to Panasonic DV Decoder and put www.videohelp.com notify author or me.

    Thank you for support!

it seems dvsd fourcc works only with 768x576 or 720480fps. codec is locked so you cant use it for other sizes. please do more research on google "
    Types of DV AVI Files

    "
