Over the past year or so I have been using x264 and MeGUI to transcode my TV card transfers into something more Blu-Ray friendly, but I had a question about the tunings.

For most of my shows last season I was using the "Film" tuning because at the time, there were still quite a few shows doing 35mm. But now that every show seems to be shooting on the ARRI Alexa camera, what tuning should I use? I'm using the default setting now, but what would give me the best results with a show like "Grimm" or "Revenge," both of which seem to have a lot of night scenes or fast motion?
