ImgBurn Error "Logical Block Address Out of Range"

I'm trying to burn one of my movies onto a DVD5 disc and I keep getting an error. I know the DVD is good and the tray is clean. I even tried multiple blank discs and still no luck. Is this the fact that the file is a little over the size limit? ImgBurn Calculator reads 101% which is a little over the disc size. I decided to change the burn speeds down from AWS(max) down to 4x to even 2x and still no luck.

Yes, that is probably the issue here. ImgBurn is complaining that you are trying to overburn this disk.

What type of audio do you have in this AVCHD movie? You might be able to reduce the size of the audio by using a smaller bitrate AC3 using ClownBD and have an overall smaller file to burn to your disk. ClownBD allows 192 or 448 bitrate for AC3.

Do you even have to ask? And this after you were warned even before beginning the burn, which would have saved some coasters had you heeded the warning.

You're not using very good discs either, so I would strongly suggest that you not push the exact size limit of the DVD when burning or you're likely to experience errors at the very end of the burn as your writer writes to the outer edges of the disc. If you want to push the exact size boundaries of a single layer DVD then you're going to need to buy either the good quality Verbatim (NOT their Life series) or Taiyo Yuden discs.
