  1. Ive been trying this for a while now.. and so far all unsuccessful, so i hope someone can guide me.

Problem: I have a fair few BD in .mkv format that when i took my pc off the tv, the tv does not support the audio file. Now the 2 programs i have been trying (and failing) are 'Xilisoft Video Converter' & 'Next Video Converter 3.62'. the issus is, i cannot work out how to convert the .mkv files to a format my tv supports but keep the quality of the BD. I am at a loss, this is the only file my tv doesn't seem to play fair with, which is typical as most BD 720/1080's are in .mkv format these days.
Please, if anyone can possible point me in the right direction i would be greatly appreciative.

In order for someone to provide sensible help post a MediaInfo report on the file/s in question. Also to avoid playing 20 questions with lots of posts reveal some details of your TV brand and model. The more information the better!
