My tmpgenc all of a sudden stopped working

I have encoded a few avis in the past months 3 versions of tmpgenc 12a 2.51 and 2.53. I was trying to encode two AVIs today (in divx). and tmpgenc says its encoding, but when it is done, it is just a plain black box. When i turn on the preview feature, it just gives me, a plain black box. The weird thing is, all 3 versions were working yesterday, now none of the 3 work today. I havent installed anything on the system, except ws_ftp le, and divx 5. But I did succesfully encode a divx 5 avi w/ tmpgenc. This is really starting to tick me off, please help. Thank you

I had the same problem its DivX5. Uninstall it and reinstall Divx 4.12. Seems the anti piracy features of DivX 5 r the problem
