    There is no program I can find capable of:

    Simply converting a DVD to MKV WITHOUT changing encoding of either video or audio
    AND including fast forward/reverse in the MKV or other means of navigation.
    Everything I can find insists on re-encoding.
    That is no use to me.

    As far as I can find there isnt even a commercial one that does this.

    If you know one can you please let me know here. thanks

    mike:MakeMKV does not change video or audio...
