I can't find any forum that talks about editing the quality of SVCD or VCD , so I hope I'm in the right forum.
My question is, if the DVD that you want to rip to SVCD or VCD is not of good quality (a bit BLUR, colours are NOT quiet as they should be and the movie is not sharp), what options or programs are there to get better performance when you convert them to SVCD or VCD. If there is a way, do you have to do this while encoding or is possible when it is already a SVCD or VCD. I hope someone can help me with this.
