    Hi,

I've downloaded some filters for Avisynth and I don't know why some of them are recognized and some others not.

This is very strange because on the picture, you can see that, when you have typed the name of the dll filter, avsPmod shows automatically with the colors, if commands (ie filters function) are recognized in avisynth.

All the dll filters have been downloaded in the official avisynth collection http://avisynth.org/warpenterprises/

I'd like to know if those filters are not working because of my 64bits windows or if I did something wrong.

    (Windows7 64 bits using Vdub 32 bits, avisynth 2.58 32 bits)

Thanks for reading me and I apologize for my bad english

It's true that AvsPmod should highlight the name of all functions loaded from dlls in the plugins folder, but it's not clear whether your problem is due to Avisynth failing to load them, or simply a problem within AvsPmod itself. Have you tried calling the functions in your script to see if they work?

There is a bug in Avisynth 2.58 (fixed in 2.60 alpha3) which can sometimes prevent AvsP from getting information about the plugins, even though they are correctly loaded by Avisynth.

Also note that some dlls are named differently from the functions they contain, eg there is no function called mvtools or mvtools2.

    Thanks Gavino,
    I have tested simpleresize.dll
    Here is the result :

This is not a bug coming from a avisynth 2.58; the same bad result for 2.6.

Also note that some dlls are named differently from the functions they contain, eg there is no function called mvtools or mvtools2.
I agree with you and your notice is usefull for me : AvsPmod highlight the name of functions only when they are completed. Here is the result using right click after typing the beginning of the name of filter and choosing autocomplete in the menu :

You can see that only one isn't autocompleted : simpleresize.dll. It seems to be a very old filter.
    So for me everything's ok

    THX very much

  4. i can not say anything about avsPmod coz i never used it.
if you just wanna test particular filters are loaded prperly or not, you can load same avs script either into VDUBMod or VDUB.
if VDUBMod or VDUB throws same error then it is confirmed that filter is not loaded properly.
