OK, this seems like this should be easy enough...
I want to make dups of some VCDs I have (they're not originals to begin with). I'm trying to use CloneCD 3.3.4.1 (I also have Nero 5.5 and CDRWIN 3.6 or even Toast on a Mac)...
anyway, I make the copy buring at 4X speed (max speed on the burner I have) and when I play it back on my DVD player (Apex 1500) the picture is full of artifacts and the sound drops out for a split second now and then. basically a crappy unwatchable copy...
I do the same thing at 2X burn speed... only slightly better but still crappy and unwatchable.
am I going to need to burn at 1X? or is there something else I'm missing?
and suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks,
P
