HELP! VOB watermarking and editing

Hello guys! How are you? I hope you're all fine!

I have tons of isos from dvds from my favorite band (live shows and tv performances) and I wanted to tag them with my site logo, url and cut them into songs. I already extracted the iso and I have the vob files. When I use the first vob (VTS_01_1.vob) I can manage to import it to some software (Proshow Producer, TMPGenc Plus to demux and etc...). When I'm done with the first vob, and try to import the second one (VTS_01_2.vob) I just can't do it. It doesn't import to Proshow Producer (where I watermark the video) neither to TMPGENC Plus (where I try to demux and remux it so I have a brand new fully workable mpg).

Here comes my question: why does this happen? Which programs can you guys suggest me so I can easily watermark and cut the vob files?

Join them with vobmerge or use vob2mpg and make a single mpg.
