Hi, ive spent a few hours trawling to see if its possible to hardcode subs to an mkv file but am not really getting anywhere.
My problem is wanting to play foreign language films from a usb HDD plugged into my blu-ray player. It seems it doesnt support soft subs, so is there a way to do this without having to convert the file to a different format? Or without having to spend hours and hours re-encoding the file?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

hardcode = re-encoding
what blu-ray player? i can't even imagine one that doesn't support subs. you might look into de-muxing the mkv and converting the subs to a different format.--
