    Hello,

    Is there a software which detects exact time then subtitles are shown (detect white color at bottom) ?
    Subtitles are muxed in video (not cc but encoded in video).
    I want to recreate subtitles in SRT : rewriting down is possible but detecting time position : a lot of work.
