I have a wintv novaT which i am using to capture mpeg2 video however i have found a program (chopper) to cut the files without rerendering but the files cannot be used afterwards in any video editing of encoding programs as aparently the segment has no header.
Is there a program that can cut up mpeg2 files without creating files that canot be read in any software other than palying software like windvd?
or is there a program that can repair my mpeg2's that play back perectly but just cant be used by and video editiong or encoding programs?
any help would be greatly apreciated
cheers
