but in avstodvd i cant set "ntsc-film" mean 23.9...fps

dvdflick hasn't been updated in a couple years. if it doesn't work, you need to use a different tool.

Just wondering, when you were at the Project setting - Burning did you tick the "Burn project to disc"? Just untick everything in there and make the leave the output file as VIDEO_TS folder. Then just burn it onto your disc manually. DVDflick's burning program doesn't seem to work properly.
Edit: There's a bug in the newest version of DVDflick(Version 1.3.0.7). I use that program too and I kept on getting that error before. Luckily I found this thread here: https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/334152-Repeated-burning-error-with-dvd-flick-%28
So I downloaded the previous version(ver. 1.3.0.6) and didn't encounter this problem anymore.Last edited by Blueknight; 20th Nov 2011 at 19:55.

I would still proceed with avstodvd.
For one thing the program is supported by the author within these forums. If something does not work for you, the author can usually put you in the right direction.
ntsc film. Did you check the avisynth preferences? There is a checkbox for PAL speedup from ntsc film.
