converting fps in ac3 files

hi.ihave some problems about changing fps in ac3 files which are 5.1 . ı can convert stereofiles by using sample rate changing and encode them in media coder,it keeps samplerate untouched.ı cannot work besweet be happy on win 7 64 bits.is there any way by using adobe audition or extracking waves and mux in new ac3 files.thanks

Try Audacity with the ffmpeg add-on.
In the preferences, import/export tab, select "use custom mix"

if you use ac3 input plugin for Adobe Audition, and SurCode Minnetonka Dolby encoder,

Try using eac3to and more gui, its worked for me in the past.
