I have a few VideoCD CDRW discs recorded using my old Ricoh CD recorder. I want to erase them and reuse them, but when I load them into my Pioneer A03 DVD recorder Windows XP recognizes them not as CDRW discs, but as non-recordable (stamped) CDs. Thus under EZCD Creator and PrimoDVD then erase options are not available.
What can I do to erase these discs? Is there a way to force an erase? Are there any utilities that might be helpful?
TIA,
Tomasz

I had that problem with a dvd-rw disk. I had mistakenly finalized it. I erased it using ulead movie factory erase disk option, and then I could use it again.
