Blu-ray frame rate problem...I think

I'm burning a Blu-ray for the first time using a Apple ProRes 422, 1920x1080 Quicktime, frame rate 24p. Using Toast Titanium 11, 'Best Quality' setting. When I play back on a Blu-ray player, the image looks great but the audio is out of sync. When I play the same Blu-ray on a Play Station 3, the audio is in sync, but the picture stutters.

Is my 'Best Quality' setting causing this? Should I go back down to 'Better Quality', which is the factory default? Or, on he other hand, should I be doing a Quicktime Conversion at of Final Cut Pro to change the Quicktime frame rate to 30fps or 29.97 fps? Or is there something else I may be missing in problem-solving this?

1080 24p is in the blu-ray spec. that shouldn't be a problem. it's whatever toast is doing to the re-encode to blu-ray spec video that's the problem.
