I just got this thing hoping to stream from my 360 and PS3, I understand the PS3 requires use of the breakout cable and I understand the 360 can use HDMI.
What I don't understand is what goes in where - and this is because at one point I did get video only my PC (I saw it in Media Express) but now I don't see anything anymore after I changed the HDMI cables around hoping to get video on my PC AND TV.
I do have one HDMI Switcher which is one side 1 HDMI Output Slot and the other side 3 HDMI Input Slot.
Focusing on the 360 for now, where should I put my HDMI cables to get picture on my PC and TV?

UPDATE:
I got some help from someone quickly unexpectedly.
I got to a point to get my picture on Media Express AND my TV by plugging my Xbox HDMI from my Xbox directly into my Blackmagic Intensity Input (the HDMI slot on the end, away from where the non-HDMI cable goes) and then Plugging an HDMI from the BMIP (Black Magic Intensity Pro) Output into an HDMI Switcher's Input (not splitter, technically) and then the other side of the Switcher's Output was an HDMI that I ran from there to my TV.
Few concerns though: I can live with it but I only get picture on my TV and PC when Media Express is open and the main/active window. Is this normal? Can I change this behavior?
When I close Media Express I lose the picture on my TV.
No Audio: Not really sure how to go about this. I'm using Turtle Beach on my Xbox Slim and I had to literally Saw off a part that was blocking my ability to use HDMI and the standard cables that came with the 360, to get sound through my Turtle Beach.
Basically, I have HDMI and the Standard plugged into my Xbox, using HDMI for video/audio, using Standard to be able to hear through my headset.
Can anyone help? Basically all I need is to fix two things:
1) No Audio (I can live without the Turtle Beach audio JUST for streaming)
2) Unless it's normal, when I use Media Express it controls what I see on my TV. Can I change this? If I close Media Express I have no PC picture or TV picture.
By the way, if anyone is going to recommend a program that'll resolve my Media Express issue, if it has a way to stream via Live Stream (I don't care for Justin.tv) that would be highly preferred.
