Hello,
I can easily create meta file with tsmuxerGUI but I need to remux many ts files(and still have ts container) without subtitles (in VLC named : closed captions). I've used ffmpeg with -sn option : subtitles still exist. In tsmuxer meta file is no word about subtitles : still exist.
These subtitles are from 1080i MPEG-2 HDTV Capture. Subtitles can be extracted with CCextractorGUI. Mediainfo shows :
Format : MPEG-TS

This is metafile, created by tsmuxerGUI. It has failed to remove subtitles.
MUXOPT --no-pcr-on-video-pid --new-audio-pes --vbr --vbv-len=500
V_MPEG-2, "1.ts", fps=29.970, track=256
A_AC3, "1.ts", track=257, lang=eng -
i mean You must demux ES MPEG-2 video and with use tool like https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Restream remove from ES user data related to subtitles then remux ES back to TS. EIA-608/EIA-708subtitles are stored inside video ES (thus they can't be removed by changing container) also nice are on http://www.theneitherworld.com/mcpoodle/SCC_TOOLS/DOCS/SCC_TOOLS.HTML.
