    Using mkvtoolnix I'm extracting 3 files : "name.h264" , "name.aac" and "name.ass".
Using Yamb I'm trying to create an mp4 file but the are no subtitles when I play the video file and the audio isn't synchronized with the audio. Question : how to fix the audio and subtitles problem? Is there any other program I can use to create an mp4 with synchronized audio/video/subtitles?

Yes, that's what I'm doing - extract with mkvtoolnix (ass) , translate & save in to name.srt (subrip).
