How can I add an mp3 to an flv file?

Presumably the flv already has an audio track... You need to convert the flv to something that can be brought into a video editing program such as mp4. Don't know if you are mac or pc based. I would use iMovie or final cut express on the mac but there are others especially on the PC.
A good editor will allow you to separate the video and audio tracks. You just throw away the existing audio and import your mp3 on it's own audio track.
You then export the whole thing as a new movie in your choice of format.
