Sometimes I just want to convert video and copy audio, other times vice versa. I know Xvid4psp, Avidemux, and Xmediarecode have copy options. Do any others? Thanks

    Hi
    WinFF can do this.

Choose Options > FFmpeg > Additional Command Line Parameters.
Then insert -acodec copy or -vcodec copy (or both).

Not So with XmediaRecode if it's mpg2.

For Mpg2 [DVD] input there is no copy video function if you want to convert to MKV

Don't forget Virtualdub (mainly for AVI output) You can set video and/or audio to
    "direct stream copy"
