Hello. I have recently been trying to record some footage of video games from my computer. I have bought a FRAPS license and noticed that the audio and video slowly get out of sync as the video progresses. I have tried recording with different frame rates and resolutions but I still get the same result.
So I downloaded a trial of Camtasia. I recorded some stuff with that, and I got the same problem. The further the video went, the more it became out of sync.
The only way I know how to fix this is too manual sync the clips together in a video editing program. But that takes up a lot of time where I can be doing other things.
Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
Computer Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
HD Radeon 5770 (Drivers are up to date)
4 Gb of RAM
AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE
GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Few more things:
Fraps is up to date.
The audio is delayed. An event happens in the video and then the audio of the event follows after.
