[SOLVED] 2011-10-26 Tue, xcm and cqm import the same way--different file ext but same format.

i'm doing some work with matrix manipulations for xvid encodes. i see that some xvid'ers made a few of their own and created them in an unfamiliar .xcm file format. notepad opens as garbage chars, and google searches have turned up nothing on the format or file structure, so i am left with the task of determining the layout and decoding them myself.

    update on this endeavor..

so in the process, i've been working on a matrice editor utility and adding features as they come to me while debugging alternate matrice encodes. couple wishes i always wanted to have.. to scan through many matrices quickly without the repetitve open/search steps, and increment in steps or other means when adjusting matrice values. so far the first is complete.
