Can someone Please Recommend a good software to create Gif from video?

Any Good Software or a easy method to create gif from a video ??

Tried a lot of programs but no good results

its really frustrating.

I just tried format factory (remember that gif has max 255 colors so it wont look good),

I've found that with judicious use of the right kind of dithering (as in right for the type of material), using MS Gif Animator (with it's support for custom palettes) can give a VERY reasonable image! It's an art that has often been ignored in recent years since it's usually considered unnecessary, but dithering down to restricted palette colors can be quite successful (it was done for YEARS when the Internet was in its infancy).

The problem is more with how big a resolution and how long of a clip are you going to use, since GIF starts showing it's age quickly (not so good compression compared to modern codecs) once you get into Megapixel range with longer than just a few minutes.
