i've burnt a dvd that i created using Pinnacle Impressions.
it starts with a Menu. When i put it in a commercial DVD player,
it loads right up to the menu, no problem.
however, when i put the same DVD in a computer DVD player,
it won't autoplay. it won't do anything, not even if i hit play... nothing happens.
if i try to open the Video_ts.ifo file i get a message that reads:
""file number 1 has invalid format" message. (I think it is looking for a chapter, i think, i really don't know.)
if, however, I make a DVD that starts with a clip, not a menu, it will load up just fine in a computer DVD. (i think this is because it recognizes the clip as a chapter, i think, i really don't know )
does anyone out there know what the problem is? and how to resolve it?
i would like my DVD to autoplay from computer DVDs, not just commerical dvd players.
thanks in advance.

well this might work but it's just a way to go aroung the prob, add an introduction vid file then go to menu...

i'll have to do it that way,
