I want to locate the offset of a frame from the mkv video file.
Is there any media player or plugin which displays the offset number(decimal) of the current frame when i pause the video ?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

VirtualDub can tell you on the status line. It's in hex though. You can use a hex calculator to convert to decimal if necessary.
