how to separate subtitle from vob or mkv in srt file

first lots of thanks to Video Help forum for solving our problem about video & audio,
i follow this site from 1 month and now i know much more about DVD,MKV, AVI and how to use their software.
Now my question is how to separate subtitle from VOB or MKV in srt file?

Extract subtitles from mkvs with mkvextractgui-2, it if it's not in srt use subtitle edit.
For vobs use dvdsubtitledit or subrip to convert directly to srt.

And this is not any authoring. Moving you our subtitle section.

And I mean dvdsubedit. Not dvdsubtitleedit.

OK i just download mkvextractgui-2,subtitle edit both good for me but subrip is too complicated for me,any other option for that ....
