Hi again... I saw a help section on fixing gradual sound sync probs with converted files so Im DLing sound forge as we speak...
However...
It seems to me to be an issue with the quality of the original file....
There are some... Jumps if you like, in the video that asftools will not repair... I think these are causing the sound to go 6 secs out of sync over the length of the movie... I have split the wav from the vid then tried to rejoin them as an mpg in TMPG but the sync remains out... I will attempt to stretch the sound in soundforge but i would think that that would then make the beginning of the vid out of sync.
If anyone can help me with either repairing the original ASF or using some other tool to MUX the vid with the wav (Dont know how to do that in VDUB) id be much appreciative...
OH Also I have tried using EO Video to cut the major jumps out of the ASF file and to then convert each section but the converted sections are still out
NOTE- the sound is in perfect sync in the original ASF
Thanks in adv.
