    Hi all,
    Is there a tool (such as ffmpeg) which provides the ability to append an MKV file to an existing MKV file? By "appending", I mean that the action will not create a new file but rather increase the size of the first file without copying it.
    Both files have the same audio and video streams (H.264 and MP3).
    Thanks,
    Ury

    Like video1.mkv + video2.mkv -> video1.mkv. Then nope.

    EDIT!
    MKVmergegui won't do what you want.
    It won't allow overwrite.

    Yep, got the following error:

    Error: The name of the output file 'D:\Temp\1.mkv' and of one of the input files is the same. This would cause mkvmerge to overwrite one of your input files. This is most likely not what you want.

    Thanks anyway.
