When I start encoding WME a few second later it stoped. Appeared an error log: "an operation requested for a particular time could not be carried out on schedule (0xC00D002E)"
Why is it happened and how to solve this problem.

Give more details.
Does it happen with all your video? Or just that one? If so what is it?
You can also try another wmv converter like wmv muxer.
