    I'm trying to encode my .avi movie to DVD and I'm thinking to get the best quality that I'm going to have to deinterlace it. Does anyone know how to deinterlace a movie using tmpgenc? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.

    if you look in the advanced settings of tmpgenc you'll see a deinterlace option, double click and try to find the option that suits your footage.
