why does my player play vbr svcds alot better than vcds? i encode both with TMPG, use the same kind of source, burn it with ULEAD everytime, but the VCDs ive done have that picture speeding up then the audio trying to catch up problem. svcds are more hardware demanding than vcds are, so what is the problem?
