Today I had some problems trying to visualize some video files when I opened them in Subtitle Workshop.

This is a program I am reasonably familiar with, but today I have been trying using it on our laptop, and the image almost does not show or if it does it's heavily pixelized or frozen.

I couldn't find any setup to adjust, so I wonder how can I correct that problem.

No, you're right, I could not.

It plays alright in VLC though.

You might have to reinstall the codec like xvid codec, divx codec, etc or use ffdshow and haali media splitter for most codecs.

This file is an mkv file, so what should be better?
