    I have a pioneer A03 burner. I have loads of software that I have downloaded from your site and what came with the burner. I have followed all your guides and cant get a good result.
    I have managed to get one back up of a dvd to play in part but not in full using nero so i know the media im using and my stand alone dvd player are compatable.
    All i want is a easy to follow step by step guide to back up existing dvd's that are under 4.7gb.
    Any help would be appreciated

    If you had really followed all the guides you would not have any problems anymore, promise. So probably you did not understand everything, so I suggest to read it again carefully. Also use the forum search.

    You are speaking the truth.
    If you wanted to copy dvd to dvdr which one would you choose.
    i will print it out and when i get stuck i will post the problem.
