Not sure if this forum is appropriate to answer this question, but didn't get any replies on VideoLAN.
I have a VLC command line like this:
I am getting this error:Code:cvlc v4l2:///dev/video0 :input-slave=alsa:// :v4l2-input=1 :v4l2-caching=300 --sout '#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mp3,vb=200,scale=1,deinterlace,fps=25,samplerate=44100,ab=32}:duplicate{dst=std{access=http,mux=ffmpeg{mux=mp4},dst=:1234/camera.mp4}}' --no-sout-rtp-sap --no-sout-standard-sap --sout-keep
I think it's saying that I need to include the frame size in the ffmpeg{} module, but I don't know what that would look like.Code:track 0: codec frame size is not set
Anyone here have any experience with this?
Thanks,

It seems like a common problem if you use mp4 , see http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=88587 . No solutions.
