  1. OK - a plea for help. Trying to download 5 flv's from an online flash magazine for my uncle (gave it the big one - "Oh yeah I can download those for you - stick 'em on a disc no prob!" and now of course I've stuffed myself!!). I've tried the freebie software and the furthest I've managed to get is with Orbit which attempted to download but failed - I did get the url's from it though. I won't post all of them just one because they're all variations on this. Can anyone please help me get from here to a downloaded video?

Have you tried streamtransport? Open the webpage and let it scan.

  5. Hi,

I have just tried StreamTransport and it doesn't find anything, I guess it has changed since this thread. Can anyone recommend a piece of free software that will work with iGuitar and is not too complex to use?

    Many thanks

  7. Tried it and it works great. But it only downloads 50% of it for the trial version. Is there any freeware out there that will do it?

    Thanks for the advice though.
