Hello,
I posted this in the "Capture" forum, but wonder if it should've gone here instead.
I am using the Hauppauge USB-Live 2 to capture my PAL version of "Song of the South" to AVI format. I ran it through Virtual VCR, and used HuffyUv with both settings on "best." However, when the video goes to a very bright scene, or a scene with a lot of movement, I get a flicker type image across the screen. I am new to this, so maybe this is an easy fix, but I have no idea what's wrong. Any help at all would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Here are some screencaps of what happens:

What is your PAL VCR model? I assume one without TBC.

I have a Philips 8head VR897. I don't know if it has TBC, I've never looked. If not, could I buy an external TBC? Would the TBC be in a menu, or is it usually a switch?
Sorry about double posting; I realized after I posted that it was probably in the wrong section, but didn't know how to move it. Won't happen again.
