How to take audio from one video and merge it with another video

Hi,


I have got 2 videos, video1 and video2.

I want to take audio from video1 and overwrite it on audio in video 2. Just to be clear here is what I want to do:

1. Extract audio from video1
2. Remove audio from video2
3. Merge audio which I extracted in step 1 into video2. So now video2 contains audio from video1.

Do you know any software using which I can do this? The videos are in .3gp format but I can convert them into AVI or other formats if needed to do this job.

Extract audio from video with for example AoA Audio Extractor Basic to a mp3 or wav.

Open video2 in avidemux, under audio->main track and audio source choose external wav/mp3, open the mp3/wav.

Save as a new mp4 or avi.

You might have to choose a video codec under Video also, like mpeg4 xvid or mpeg4 avc.
