    Recently capture video via NIKON D90, it is snap under low light condition. But after play back, it appear black and white layer continues moving from bottom to top of the clip. What wrong with it? How to fix it?? Check my clip out at - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZKuN9_Izoo

    2. It's probably fluorescent lighting in your room.

    Check your camera video settings and see if it has 50Hz/60Hz compensation.

    I dont think so my camera have this setting. What is this anyway? The problem only appear in under fluorescent light...

    1) How to avoid this problem?
    2) I need to edit my video, any idea how to fix my post video clips?

    Please help.....

    The problem is that the lights are strobing at what frequency your electrical system runs at (generally 50Hz or 60Hz), and your camera is picking this up. Some cameras have a setting that allows them to match the frequency so you don't get this effect. If yours doesn't have such a setting then you really only have one choice - don't use fluorescent lighting, or use brighter standard lighting so your drown out the flouros.
