Command line .. decode w/Quicktime

Is there a flag to use with the command line to indicate decode w/quicktime?

[Case]

It's a little more complex than a flag. Try looking into using movtoy4m first to get a stream of YUV frames (this is using QuickTime) and then send those 'piped' to ffmpeg.
